By creating an account or using Bread & Body ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Educational purpose only

The App provides educational, faith-inspired wellness content. It is not medical, nutritional, or dietetic advice. Please read our Health Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, free trial & billing

• New members may receive a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the then-current price.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, who may act as the reseller of record. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

4. Product & scan data

Barcode product data comes from Open Food Facts, a third-party open database. It may be incomplete or out of date. Always read the physical product label, especially for allergens.

5. Scripture & classifications

Biblical alignment labels reflect one curated interpretation of scripture for educational reflection. They are not religious authority and do not indicate medical safety.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to access others' data, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome arising from use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
